EXPERIENCE, PASSION, LOVE
At the helm of the company is President Krzysztof Kolakowski (facebook). He inaugurated his adventure with sailing as early as 1972, when he joined the Sokol Ostroda Sports Club. The early years were first the popular Cadet, then the OK Dinghy and Finn, on which Krzysztof won silver medals in the Polish Championships, followed by our country’s beloved Omega and a triumph in the Polish Cup.
The early 1990s marked Krzysztof Kolakowski’s first great success not only as a “racer”, but also as a designer – on his self-built yacht Sailart 18 he became World Champion in the Micro Cruiser class. His fascination with small cabin yachts turned into a huge fondness for the international Mini 6.50 class, which continues to this day. Krzysztof not only constructed his first Class Mini 6.50 yacht: s/y Vacu Line 2 “type Magnen Super Calin 2”, but also successfully competed on it in a number of Classe Mini regattas in the Mediterranean. Subsequently, he acquired the rights to produce the Diamant 650 model. Krzysztof Kolakowski’s valuable experience with the Class Mini 6.50 was an important help in preparing other Polish sailors for the start of the prestigious Mini Transat regatta.

Krzysztof has earned numerous titles, including World Champion in the Micro Cruiser class.
